In today's modern society, rapid changes are accompanied by stress, environmental hormones, and frequent chemical procedures, which in turn cause hair and scalp damage and also serious hair loss issues. These issues happen regardless of age and gender. The well-being and well-aging culture in pursuit of healthy beauty has driven people's desire to take care of their scalp and hair healthy and resulted in the rapid spread of various product types and the clinic market. The easiest way to manage hair and scalp is to use shampoo and tonic products. This study examined the content and application effects of growth factors, which can help to improve the scalp and hair issues and the mechanism of hair loss fundamentally, in previous experiment papers. Growth factors refer to polypeptides to facilitate cell division, growth, and differentiation in follicle, hair paper and germinal matrix cells. Growth factors involved in the scalp and hair include VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor), IGF-1(insulin-like growth factor 1), bFGF( basic fibroblast growth factor), Noggin(growth factor to stimulate follicles), SCF(stem cell factor), KGF(keratinocyte growth factor), and HGF(hepatocyte growth factor). The skin and bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) is very important to regulate the growth and differentiation of hair and induce hair differentiation in the growth phase with a genetic program. When introduced into the body, growth factors are active for a short period of time and break down into their amino acid components, disappearing in the body. They have superior physiological activity. Their accurate active mechanism has been known, which means that it is possible to control them and easy to utilize them. They are not degenerated or oxidized easily, causing no discoloration and toxicity problems.
